Yeah, i had the impression we were all just a bit stumped in the pre-rp. We need to work out when the "official" start date will be.

Anyone here playing DAI and if yes, what you gonna make as your inquisistor? I have to wait until Friday because of the stupid UK release dates but I'm going female elf warrior which is the same race and class I first beat Origins with.  Oh well, at least I get a few more days to officially hit my 50000 words target for Nanowrimo before then and I am finally allowed to preload Inquisition at 5pm tonight. |

The great Dragon Age: Inquisition preload begins. I don't get to play until Friday night though due to my region and an unexpected phone call regarding a job situation so I am super jealous of anyone who gets to play sooner! |

I can play in just over ten hours marie. It is all downloaded and ready to go. Just need the midnight date.
Probably won't play until Wednesday because I work tomorrow and have trivia but I could.

Alright that should be enough to get us started, at least until our first battle. All that's missing is the individual unit stats and potential unit upgrades we can buy, but the former can wait until our first actual battle and the latter can wait until we actually have some coin to spend.I don't think we should spend any wealth until we have a PC captain anyways.
Smith, feel free to roll 2 dice to determine our payment for the first job. Then maybe throw up a company coffers thread where we can note our current wealth and track how we spend it. For future jobs, we can actually have some negotiation with our employer to determine the price for our services.

So I forgot if we ever discussed this, but what is going to be the role of who can play random NPCs? can anyone just pick a random soldier at random and play them? especially since we are rotating admins having them do all or most of the army NPCs seems like an unnecessary drain when they are already focusing on the mission.

if we're a scout maybe we shouldnt be able to play scout npcs, but only npcs from other sections ?
